There are many laws set up to protect the consumer. The most significant is the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act). This law protects your credit rights. Creditors may report misleading or inaccurate information on your credit file, however, under the law, you have the right to question the reporting information. If the creditor cannot verify the information within 30 days, it must be removed. The credit bureaus receive several thousands of disputes every day. Imagine the chaos! |
Getting
Started
The first step in getting started is for you to contact us. You can do this by

us toll free at 1-888-522-7007. A credit consultant will explain our service to you, answer any questions you may have, and be sure to obtain all the necessary information to get you started right away. |
The Process
There are three major credit bureaus which lenders use to view you as a borrower. The three bureaus are separate entities and do not share information. Therefore, we must purchase and evaluate your credit reports from all three bureaus. We pull your reports without generating any inquiries. Once we obtain and evaluate your reports, we provide you with a full consultation and evaluation of your credit, including tips on how to boost your credit score and a full dispute process.
After we have submitted your disputes, you will receive your results by U.S. mail
directly from the credit bureaus. Please DO NOT mail
your results to us. We will challenge the inquiries that are reporting on your
credit report. The credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate your dispute. After
30 days, they must inform you of the results of their investigation, update your
credit report, and send you a copy of the updated report. In addition, we will
provide you with additional letter to deal directly with the creditors. |
The Cost
The one time fee  for our service is $499.00 with terms available if you need them. You may also be billed directly from the credit bureaus in the amount of $34.75 for all three credit reports, if we cannot use your free annual report. We will be available to assist you throughout the process, which usually takes 45-90 days, but immediate results are usually seen within 30 days.
